Do it. You won't regret it! This addition to our home gym was a very cost effective way to bring new variety to our workouts. The BowFlex kettlebells are insanely effective. The handle is comfortable and easy to maintain grip for extended periods of time. They swing easy and balanced. Really happy with this addition.

Bigger than it looks in pics, high quality I was looking for an effective way to do HIIT with resistance and get my heart rate up quickly. This kettlebell is a great solution that works very effectively. I love the BowFlex dumbbells but wanted to have something for a HIIT boost. I feel my home gym is more complete now.

Love my SelectTech Compared to other adjustable weights with similar max weights these are the most like regular dumbbells. This makes them easier to use and more comfortable to hold.

Excellent product. Highly recommend I love the 10-90 lb BowFlex adjustable dumbbells! I already had the 5-52.5 lb but needed more weight especially for back and leg days. The boxes were heavy and bulky as expected. But once the bells were out of the box, just have to cut a few tags and you're working out in minutes. No problems quickly adjusting the weights between sets. No complaints. Great product. Definitely recommend.
