Really great treadmill!
My husband and I researched treadmills quite a bit before deciding on this one. Some of the selling factors were that it has a high weight limit of 400 pounds, an incline max of 15%, a nice 10" screen that can stream Netflix, Disney+, etc., and a great financing option. We have had it for a couple ...

Not as expected
In terms of Pro's- the machine has great power and can shift speeds fairly quickly. There are multiple controls to change speed and incline which makes it easy to shift whether walking or running hard. It is big and would not be easy to store, but I knew that when I bought it and think it looks pr...

JRNY app is ruining the Bowflex name

I purchased a Bowflex T10 treadmill because Bowflex has always been a good exercise equipment brand. And now that the treadmill is finally working, it seems to be good. But it took me 12+ hours of dealing with both Bowflex and JRNY technicians to finally get it working. JRNY is the fitness app that helps with training programs. When I first turned on the machine, it said "let's check for updates". Next it said "installing updates". Immediately afterwards, it said Error Code 0AB. It would do absolutely nothing else. So I spent the next week trying to communicate with technicians to get it working. Over $1900 for a machine that didn't work. I was able to call the Bowflex technicians via phone and they helped a bit. But the malfunction was due to the need for a new software update from JRNY. Trouble is, the JRNY technicians are only available via email and they're in the Pacific Time Zone. So I'd send an email. Several hours later, they'd respond. I'd finally get a chance to get back to the treadmill with their advice only to once again find that it didn't work. So, again, I'd email them & then hours later they'd respond. Finally after over a week I convinced them that I needed a new software update. They sent it and also did a Factory Reset and it finally started working. If you decide to buy one of these and you have trouble, expect a very frustrating situation due to the lack of communication with technicians. JRNY is ruining the Bowflex reputation. One last point, I finally reached the point where I wanted to simply return the treadmill. It was going to cost $155 in shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. And it had to be placed back in the same box as if it were never removed. That would have been impossible because removing the machine from the box basically tears up the box because it's so heavy

Mainly, use this for running and interval training during inclement weather over the late Fall, Winter and early Spring. Additionally, use the treadmill as a warm-up before weightlifting twice a week.
Exactly what I expected from Bowflex!

Working to get back into shape after some back problems. Trying the Journey for free and I like it! I'll probably keep it. Great controls and very easy to navigate.
